Is there wheelchair asscessable route within the restaurant??
Awesome traditional hokkien food that brings back memories :)_
This is a restaurant that was so love by 1 of the OCBC’s Chairman and invited them to start their restaurant business at the OCBC BUILDING. Uniquely next to the carpark. Must have dishes:Duck Salad, Fish Mow Soup, Oyster Omelette, Hokkian Noodle, Braised Pork Bun.
MoreFabulous Hokkien/Fujian Food, one of the best in Singapore. The crabmeat scrambled with lettuce and their Fujian fried noodles are my two top picks. Their crabmeat fishmaw soup, oyster omelette and ngo hiang/springrolls are also good.
MoreGood food. Lots of parking lots. Ideal place for family n friends.
Traditonal local favourite. A must go, please try their duck with sea cucumbers😋😋
MoreThe chinese cuisine food are of high quality and staff are extremely helpful. But the decision of not providing an ala carte menu during mother's day period are puzzling. How are we suppose to choose and order our food?
MoreVisited this restaurant as I read that they are known for their Hokkien cuisine. Ordered the hei zhou and ngor hiong platter. The waitress noticed there were 9 of us, but the platter only has 8 hei zhou and ngor hiong, so she offered to add an additional piece each at $1.50. I thought it was very considerate of the waitress so that we could each get a taste of the platter. The hei zhou was delicious, but the ngor hiong was not the best. We had the claypot tofu. Unfortunately, the tofu was not favoured by my company. Some felt the tofu was not smooth. I personally preferred the other ingredients in the claypot like the seafood.Edit:On a second visit, the fried spring roll, yam ring, and roast chicken were all tasty and I would highly recommend them.
MoreIconic restaurant with lots of history and still going strong. Authentic flavours and reasonable prices. A must visit if you're in the neighbourhood.
MoreOverall food is very nice, except that the service is not very top notch.
Very Good. I went here for dinner and the food was very delicious. The staff are also very friendly andWand they also gave us a free desert. Definitely will come back again! (◍•ᴗ•◍)
MoreGood service and authentic Hokkien food. Love their crispy chicken and prawns yam ring.
MoreThe place serves authentiic Hokkien cuisine. This is my 2nd time eating at this place, food standard is generally consistent, their staff are helpful n attentive. Their cold dish is impressive, the Hokkien style fried crispy popiah (must dip with sweet black sauce) n scramble egg stired fried with veg n crab meat are freshly done n they taste great. Though abit on the expensive side. The Hokkien mee n ngoh hiang/Hei chor is nothing fantastic. The crispy oyster omelette is a must order dish, unlike the usual orh lua we have in a typical hawker centre, theirs is crispy, dip on their sourish chilli sauce, it is not filling but appetitising. Must call to pre-order before coming as they have limited stock.I would like to come again to try their other dishes.
Morethey serve a style of Hokkien food that my dad and grandparent(s) like. i find the staff friendly. they provide fridge service when i brought along bday cake. the restaurant will help celebrate your bday by playing a song. cleam toilets. preferably you drive to the restaurant.
MoreExcellent hokkien cuisine at very reasonable prices. A few must-try dishes include the orh-lua, fish maw soup, hokkien mee, pork buns and the list goes on. Pleasantly surprised with a low $10 corkage if you bring your own booze. Great place to celebrate parents or grandparents’ birthdays, anniversaries and what not.
MoreThe service very good, every dish change new plate for us.and the food taste nice
Restaurant set up is clean, food portion is decent, service prompt to change plates.. But I think food is salty, not ideal for health conscious people.
MoreCasual Hokkien restaurant. We came here for a lunar new year reunion and they were only serving packages but everything was delicious so we left happy! Service was also very efficient despite the crowd. Will come back for the a la carte menu to try all the other Hokkien dishes!
MoreWe ordered for Mother's Day celebration, delivered on the dot, food are well preserved in cooler bags and is still warm.
MoreThe best hokkien restaurant in town. The hokkien Mee is definitely one of the best in SG
MoreOddly located chinese restaurant, service is excellent only if you're a regular.. -_- won't go back anymore
MoreFood was excellent, every dish is a hit! Duck salad, prawn ball and ngo hiang is delicious. Must try the oyster omelette which is so crispy and not like the ones you’ll normally find outside. The crispy roast chicken is good too! Restaurant is situated at the carpark so do not go in from the main OCBC entrance but take the carpark lift.
MoreExcellent food in an old school style restaurant.
This is the best crispy oyster omelette in my life. It’s probably the best oyster omelette in singapore. Everyone should try this dish
MorePleasantly surprised by the lovely renovated interior. Very clean and modern feel. The food was just as good - the duck salad, the Kong bak pow, the ngoh hiang and hei zor, Hokkien noodles, crab meat in scarmbled eggs - were all well done and Hokkien Classics. Service was friendly and attentive. We came during mid week and there was no lack of tables even though we reserved in advance.
MoreExcellent hokkien food. Must try the fried chicken, yam paste, hokkien mee, fried fish, sharksfin and ngoh hiang
MoreGenerous portion, home cooked feel
One of the best if not the nest teochew restaurant in Singapore. Amazing vermicelli noodles!!
MoreHad a quick lunch set, still love their hokkien mee in dark sauce. One of the affordable restaurant for hokkien food, with table service.
